Bread Halwa

  2. Cut them into small pieces.
  3. Heat ghee in a container, and fry the dry fruits till they appear brown coloured.
  4. Fry cut bread in the same container till the raw bread smell is gone.
  5. In another container boil milk with sugar in simmer.
  6. Keep on stirring till the milk become condensed and sugar gets diluted.
  7. Add the bits of fried bread into milk and cook it well until the mix becomes soft and mushy.
  8. Add rusk powder and cashew nut powder  (to get more taste).
  9. Add the ghee to the above mix and cook for few more minutes.
  10. Add Cardamom powder for more flavour.
  11. Garnish with dry fruits and serve while it is warm.
