Scrambled Egg With Veggies

Scrambled Egg WithVeggies recipe is very easy to made in a short period of time.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs  – 2
  • Oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Onions – 1 small (Chopped)
  • Green Chillies  – 1(chopped)
  • Garlic bulbs – 2 (chopped)
  • Carrot –  1 small (chopped)
  • Beans –  5(chopped)
  • Red chilli powder  – 1 tbsp.
  • Pepper – 1/4 tbsp.
  • Boiled peas  – 2tbsp.
  • Red bell peppers  – 1 (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves  – 5
  • Lemon juice  – 1tbsp.

How to prepare Veggie- scrambled egg :

  1. Prepare scrambled Eggs with salt, pepper and chilly powder and kept aside.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it and fry and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add 1tbsp. oil and add chopped chillies, chopped garlic and let them fry.
  4. Add chopped onion, curry leaves fry until golden brown colour.
  5. Add carrot, peas, beans, chopped red bell peppers to the pan and fried well.
  6. Add salt and chilly powder and fry.
  7. Transfer egg fry to it and let then cook for a while after covering with a lid.
  8. Add coriander and transfer into a bowl.
  9. Sprinkle lemon juice and mix well.
  10. Cilantro leaves for seasoning.
  11. Garnish with onion rings and lemon on top of the recipe.
  12. Serve the tasty veggie – scrambled egg with rice when it is hot.
