Apple-Kiwi Fruit Salad


  • Apple – diced and peeled (1 apple)
  • kiwi – Sliced (2 kiwi)
  • Orange – peeled (whole orange)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Yogurt – 1 cup(refrigerated)
  • Orange juice – 1 cup

How to Prepare Apple and Kiwi Salad:

  1. Whisk yogurt and salt. Add diced apples to it and mix well.
  2. Soak the sliced kiwi in fresh orange juice and place the bowl in refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. After half an hour, place the apple and yogurt mix on a side of a plate.
  4. Then take out the kiwi slices and arrange them on another side of the same plate and place a orange in the middle of kiwi slices.
  5. Tasty Apple-Kiwi Fruit salad is ready.
