Ingredients:
- Apple – diced and peeled (1 apple)
- kiwi – Sliced (2 kiwi)
- Orange – peeled (whole orange)
- Salt – to taste
- Yogurt – 1 cup(refrigerated)
- Orange juice – 1 cup
How to Prepare Apple and Kiwi Salad:
- Whisk yogurt and salt. Add diced apples to it and mix well.
- Soak the sliced kiwi in fresh orange juice and place the bowl in refrigerator for half an hour.
- After half an hour, place the apple and yogurt mix on a side of a plate.
- Then take out the kiwi slices and arrange them on another side of the same plate and place a orange in the middle of kiwi slices.
- Tasty Apple-Kiwi Fruit salad is ready.
